Manoranjan International, one of the best Nepalese event producers in Australia is all set for their second live concert all over Australia. The organization established in Sydney in
2008, aims to organize commercial Nepali events all over the world. In October 2008, Manoranjan International organized a concert titled Rock Yatra featuring 1974 AD in three cities – Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The concert was one of the biggest Nepalese concerts in Australia. 1974 AD noted that the concert in Sydney was the biggest concert outside of Nepal out of all the concerts they have performed all over the world. Now their upcoming live concert titled ‘Samanwya – Sangeet ra sadbhav ko’including two of the most renowned singers of Nepal – Nabin K Bhattrai and Sugam Pokharel shall be held in 7 cities of Australia. Deepesh Shrestha, Director- Manoranjan International (former program director of Hits FM and renowned RJ in Nepal/ CEO - Green Productions) now residing in Sydney claims that this is going to be the biggest commercial Nepali live concert in Australia. The event is organized on the occasion of Nepalese New Year 2067. Deepesh in conversation with fursad.com said – “We will also be inviting local artists and celebrities to join in the fun. We promise you that this will be an event to remember. We are expecting a huge number of the audience and we are all prepared for that. The artists would be performing all the hit numbers of their careers; our audience deserves nothing but the best!”
Talking about th
e singers performing in the event Nabin K Bhattrai and Sugam Pokharel, both the artists are performing in Australia for the second time. When we talked to Nabin K Bhattrai about the upcoming show, he seemed much excited. “It was 7 years back that I had performed there with popular artists –Rajesh Payal Rai, Kunti Moktan, Jharana Bajracharya and Santosh Panta. It was fun. I’ll be performing all my hit numbers and also I would be performing songs of my new album ‘Nakshetra’ said Nabin. When we communicated with Sugam, it was sad to learn that he was in bed for several days with chest infection and was on antibiotics. “Well am recovering and I think I’ll be fine in a few days. The fever has just subsided and I’m feeling much better now…… It was back in 2005 that I first had the opportunity to perform for the Nepalese audience in Australia. I think it would be more fun this time because the number of Nepalese must have grown larger. Am really looking forward see the audience there! See you guys soon” said Sugam in a phone conversation with fursad.com.
